The serial number is a 22-character number, starting with the letter L or N, located on the bottom of your notebook or netbook. Please note that Acer serial numbers do not include the letter O, it is always the number zero. It wont' recognize the Card Number (the 16-digit number on the bottom. Device Settings
To manage your device settings, select the Devices icon and navigate to your device. Select the + icon to register a new device.

To deregister, select Deregister. For Echo devices with screen, select Factory Reset.
View your Wi-Fi networks saved to Amazon. View the device's software version, serial number, and MAC address.
If you have a compatible audio cable, you can connect supported Echo devices to external speakers (Line-out) or audio sources (Line-in).
For Line-in, go to Connect Audio Sources to Your Echo Device (Audio In).
For Line-out, go to Connect Your Echo Device to External Speakers (Audio Out).
Audio Groups
